Liposuction
Liposuction is the removal of excess fat with a small, straw-like instrument called a cannula that is attached to a suction machine. The use of tumescent liposuction allows dermatologic surgeons to safely and effectively remove deep and superficial layers of undesired fat under local anesthesia in an office facility with relatively little discomfort, virtually no complications and improved cosmetic results.

Precise removal of skin cancer layer by layer with the aid of frozen sections and a microscope done on the face and large lesions on the body.
